About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Clinical Lead to use their clinical knowledge and management experience to develop, coordinate and manage the effective delivery of the Wandi Nerida recovery treatment program.
The position involves line managing all clinical staff other than nursing and medical staff and will be responsible for ensuring the daily program schedule is delivered by coordinating the 7-day roster for all direct reports. Apart from line management responsibilities the AHCL will provide strong clinical leadership and will assist with clinical supervision where appropriate of staff and students. The AHCL will also support the Operations Director in the intake and assessment of newly referred participants and consult on the triaging of participants for admission.
We recognise the value of staff with lived experience to instil hope post eating disorder recovery. Therefore, we encourage applications from people with lived experience of eating disorders (at least 2 years recovered), and family member/carers of people with eating disorders.
