About the Role

We are seeking an experience and dynamic Executive Assistant/Administration Team Leader to join the Wandi Nerida team. Harnessing excellent administrative and leadership skills with a compassionate approach, you will undertake a wide variety of executive personal assistant duties as well as providing leadership and guidance to the Administration team. As the first point of contact, this vital role will support the multidisciplinary Wandi team within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Provide PA services to the Executive Director, Clinical Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, and HR Director;
  • Demonstrate an inherent ability to support and communicate with team members of all levels across different service lines, and locations; 
  • Undertake high level office duties to support the day-to-day business operations of the Wandi Nerida team; 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Administration team;  
  • Be willing to be cross trained in all administration areas to provide back up support to the team during periods of leave;  
  • Identify and mobilise opportunities for your teams development through formal learning opportunities, experiences and coaching. 

We recognise the value of staff with lived experience to instil hope post eating disorder recovery. Therefore, we encourage applications from people with lived experience of eating disorders (at least 2 years recovered), and family member/carers of people with eating disorders.
